1. Independent Educational Platform
DustMD is an independent online study and mock examination platform. DustMD is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way connected to the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) or any other governmental or professional licensing body. Use of the "SMLE" name in our brand refers solely to the type of examination our platform helps candidates prepare for.

Content is intended solely to assist candidates in preparing for licensing examinations. Always consult a licensed medical professional for clinical decisions.
2. Eligibility & Account Security
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and purchase a subscription. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Account Sharing — Strictly Prohibited
Sharing your account credentials with any other person is strictly prohibited. Any account found to be accessed by more than one individual will be subject to immediate and permanent termination without a refund. Each subscription is licensed to a single named user only.
3. Subscriptions & Pricing
Subscription plans are offered on a fixed-term, non-recurring basis. All prices are displayed in Saudi Riyal (SAR), inclusive of any applicable VAT as shown at checkout. Access to premium features is granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation by our payment provider (Moyasar).
4. Delivery of Digital Service
DustMD is a digital service only. There is no physical shipment. Delivery is fulfilled electronically by activating premium access on your account immediately after successful payment verification.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: reproduce, redistribute, or resell any question content; reverse-engineer or scrape the platform; use the service for any unlawful purpose; or attempt to circumvent any access-control mechanism.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DustMD and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this service. We do not guarantee any specific examination outcome.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Refund Policy
Digital Goods — Saudi E-Commerce Law
In accordance with the Saudi E-Commerce Law (Royal Decree M/126 of 1441H) and its implementing regulations, DustMD provides digital goods in the form of instant online access to mock examinations and a curated question bank. Because these digital goods are delivered and made available immediately upon payment confirmation, purchases are governed by the digital-content exemptions applicable under Saudi consumer protection rules.
Non-Refundable Once Digital Content Is Accessed
All purchases are strictly non-refundable once any quiz, mock exam, or question within the platform has been started, accessed, or consumed. By initiating a payment, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital good consumed immediately upon use, and you expressly waive any right to a refund once the digital content has been accessed.
7-Day Refund Window — Completely Inactive Accounts Only
Notwithstanding the above, a full refund may be granted at our discretion if all of the following conditions are simultaneously met:
The refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
The account has zero quiz or exam activity — no question has been viewed, answered, or attempted.
The request includes the original Moyasar payment reference number and registered email address.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Send requests to smlepro.official@gmail.com.
Chargebacks & Disputes
We take chargeback protection seriously. Before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer, please contact us directly at smlepro.official@gmail.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue promptly. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in immediate account suspension and may be disputed by us with your payment provider, supported by records of your digital access activity.
Technical Issues
If a verified platform-side failure prevents access to paid content, contact support within 48 hours. Where confirmed, we will restore access or offer a credit/refund at our discretion.

What We Collect & Why
Security & Encryption
All data in transit is encrypted via TLS (HTTPS). Data at rest in Firebase Firestore is encrypted using AES-256 managed by Google Cloud.
We Never Sell Your Data
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing, advertising, or commercial purposes. Your data is used exclusively to operate and improve the DustMD service.
Third-Party Processors
Your Rights Under PDPL

Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter. Payment confirmation records may be retained longer to satisfy financial compliance obligations.
